My wife and I have purchased 3 homes from John. All of the homes were purchased well below the asking price thanks to his excellent negotiating skills. In addition, John has an extensive list of licensed contractors, handymen and other professionals that, he was happy to provide at times when general maintenance issues or any other issue arose. We could call John anytime and he was more than happy to assist. Not only did the purchases go flawlessly, the after purchase support can not be beat. My wife and I would use no one else but John! He is without a doubt the best realtor/broker I have ever used.
