John was a phenomenal for us.
– He has an ton of relevant expertise: he knows the market, he knows the process, and he even has a background in Electrical Engineering (which came in very handy in identifying potential issues before we got to the offer stage!)
– He was super responsive throughout the whole process: John was always available to answer questions and was usually the one calling us to make sure everything was in order.
– He’s trustworthy. It was a tough market for buyers when we found our home, and John never pressured us toward an easy solution or came across like he was eager for a quick win. He really had our best interest in mind.
