1. Sandia Heights
Sandia Heights is the place to buy if you want to live near the base of the Sandia Mountains. The neighborhood rests on the outer edges of town, away from all the buzz of daily work commutes and people passing through. Most of the homes are located east of Tramway and the base of the Sandia Mountains
Homes out here are breathtakingly large and absolutely incredible. Most of them have many rooms to host all your friends and family when they come to visit, plus amazing views of Albuquerque and the Sandia Mountains. 2. Northeast Heights
Northeast Heights is in between the Sandia Heights area and the center of town. Also, the Sandia Mountains lies east of the NE Heights. Many homes in Northeast Heights have spectacular mountain views.
