The best performing area in Albuquerque is Pajarito, the average home price increased in value by 11.68% in 2015 compared to 2014. The average sales price increased to $142,741 in 2015 from $127,818 in 2014. There were a total of 18 homes sold in this area for the year of 2015. Pajarito is roughly defined in the Multiple Listing Service as the area bounded by Dennis Chavez Boulevard to the north, Isleta Boulevard to the East, Los Padillas Road to the south, and Powerline Road to the west.
The second best performing area in Albuquerque is Foothills South, the average home price increased in value by 10.6% in 2015 compared to 2014. The average sales price increased to $294,726 in 2015 from $266,475 in 2014. There were a total of 154 homes sold in this area for the year of 2015.
